Dengue Fever Remedy                                                                                I would like to share this interesting discovery from a classmate's son who has just recovered from dengue fever. Apparently, his son was in the critical stage at the ICU when his blood platelet count drops to 15 after 15 liters of blood transfusion. His father was so worried that he seeks another friend's recommendation and his son was saved. He confessed to me that he gave his son raw juice of the papaya leaves. From a platelet count of 45 after 20 liters of blood transfusion, and after drinking the raw papaya leaf juice, his platelet count jumps instantly to 135. Even the doctors and nurses were surprised. After the second day he was discharged. So he asked me to pass this good news around. Accordingly it is raw papaya leaves, 2pcs just cleaned and pound and squeeze with filter cloth. You will only get one tablespoon per leaf.. So two tablespoon per serving once a day. Do not boil or cook or rinse with hot water, it will loose its strength. Only the leafy part and no stem or sap. It is very bitter and you have to swallow it like "Won Low Kat". As dengue fever is rampant now, I think it's good to share this with all. A friend of mine had dengue last year.. It was a very serious situation for her as her platelet count had dropped to 28,000 after 3 days in hospital and water has started to fill up her lung. She had difficulty in breathing. She was only 32-year old. Doctor says there's no cure for dengue. We just have to wait for her body immune system to build up resistance against dengue and fight its own battle. She already had 2 blood transfusion and all of us were praying very hard as her platelet continued to drop since the first day she was admitted. Fortunately her mother-in-law heard that papaya juice would help to reduce the fever and got some papaya leaves, pounded them and squeeze the juice out for her. The next day, her platelet count started to increase, her fever subside. We continued to feed her with papaya juice and she recovered after 3 days!!! Amazing but it's true. It's believed one's body would be overheated when one is down with dengue and that also caused the patient to have fever papaya juice has cooling effect. Thus, it helps to reduce the level of heat in one's body, thus the fever will go away. I found that it's also good when one is having sore throat or suffering from heat. Researchers say that the surface of flies is the last place we would expect to find antibiotics, yet that is exactly where a team of Australian researchers is concentrating their efforts.

Working on the theory that flies must have remarkable antimicrobial defenses to survive rotting dung, meat and fruit, the team at the Department of Biological Sciences, Macquarie University, set out to identify those antibacterial properties manifesting at different stages of a fly's development.

"Our research is a small part of a global research effort for new antibiotics, but we are looking where we believe no-one has looked before," said Ms Joanne Clarke, who presented the group's findings at the Australian Society for Microbiology Conference in Melbourne this week. The project is part of her PhD thesis.

The scientists tested four different species of fly: a house fly, a sheep blowfly, a vinegar fruit fly and the control, a Queensland fruit fly which lays its eggs in fresh fruit. These larvae do not need as much antibacterial compound because they do not come into contact with as much bacteria.

Flies go through the life stages of larvae and pupae before becoming adults. In the pupae stage, the fly is encased in a protective casing and does not feed. "We predicted they would not produce many antibiotics," said Ms Clarke.

They did not. However the larvae all showed antibacterial properties (except that of the Queensland fruit fly control).

"We are now trying to identify the specific antibacterial compounds," said Ms Clarke. Ultimately these will be chemically synthesized.

Because the compounds are not from bacteria, any genes conferring resistance to them may not be as easily transferred into pathogens. It is hoped this new form of antibiotics will have a longer effective therapeutic life.

The outer surface of the fly contains antibiotics which can be isolated and used in irremediable diseases

In Russia, Scientists from St. Petersburg had reached the same result as they discovered that one of the strongest therapeutic effects is that produced by some of the fly maggots. The head of the research Sergey Chernysh says: "During the wars with Napoleon it was noticed that soldiers left on the battlefields died of blood poisoning but not if they had the maggots in their wounds. They were healed because the maggots were eating the dead tissue while secreting a certain recuperating ferment."

They saturated the wound with certain antibiotics that facilitated the quick healing. Famous Russian surgeon Pirogov used the maggots during the Crimean War. They saved thousands of lives during the World War I as well”.

Also in Germany, Dr. Wim Fleischman, head of the emergency department at Petejehaim hospital had proved that larva of the fly can heal injuries, also Dr. Martin Auster who is a surgeon at the same hospital says that he used larva in healing wounds and in some cases of bones Chronic inflammation.

Doctors confirm that larvae can efficiently heal diabetes, Bedsores and bones infection.

Today, the International Textile Research Centre, Hohenstein Institute, is working on wound dressings containing substances derived from maggots which support the healing process. After flies lay their eggs, it will be transferred to be placed on wounds to encourage the healing process.

In Qur'an Allah almighty says:

 (O mankind! A similitude has been coined, so listen to it (carefully): Verily those on whom you call besides Allah, cannot create (even) a fly, even though they combine together for the purpose. And if the fly snatches away a thing from them, they will have no power to release it from the fly. So weak are (both) the seeker and the sought.)

in this verse Allah wants us to understand how much this insect is important and to know that He almighty didn't create it without purpose as He says in another verse:
 (And has subjected to you all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth; it is all as a favour and kindness from Him. Verily, in it are signs for a people who think deeply.)

Also prophet Mohamed (Peace be upon him) tells us about the benefit of the fly
If a fly falls in the vessel of any of you, let him dip all of it (into the vessel) and then throw it away, for in one of its wings there is a disease and in the other there is healing (antidote for it) i e. the treatment for that disease.

WHAT IS HOMEOPATHY?

Ramai belum mengenali sistem perubatan homeopathy ..disini saya ingin perjelaskan..

INTRODUCTION

Homeopathy is a system of medicine that uses remedies made from plants, animals and mineral substances. 



These remedies are prepared in such a way that they are non-toxic and do not cause harmful side effects. 

ORIGIN

Homeopathy was discovered in the early 1800’s by a German physician (doctor), Samuel Hanemann. Shortly after setting up his clinic, he became disheartened with medicine. The 18^th and 19^th century physicians believe that sickness was caused by fluids that have been expelled from the body. To treat these sicknesses, patients were cauterized, blistered, purged and bled. Hanemann protested against these brutal and senseless methods.

He also opposed the way doctors prescribed medicines..in those days, it was customary to mix a great number of chemical drugs in one prescription.

DISCOVERY

Hanemann gave up the practise of medicine and became a medical-book translator. It was discovered that he was  fluent in the Arabic language and  that he had a copy of the medical book called TIB NUBUWWAH in the Arabic language, written by Muslim Medical Scholar, Ibnul Qayyim al Jauzi. It was his favourite book of reference.

Hanemann persisted in his livelong goal to discover if God had given any LAW whereby the  diseases of mankind could be cured..
ie curing  mankind using the rules of God.

It was mentioned that, while translating the book “Lectures on the Materia Medica” by Willian Cohen, a Scottish professor of medicine, that Hanemann stumbled on the key to curing sick people.

The author claimed that cinchona bark or quinine, cured intermittent fever (malaria), because of its astringent and bitter qualities. This explanation was not satisfactory to Hanemann who knew of other equally bitter substances. So he did a daring thing...he tested the medicine himself.                                                                

“I took by way of experiment, twice a day, 4 drams of good Cinchona...

..My feet, finger ends etc at first became cold

: I grew languid and drowsy

 : then my heart began to palpitate, my pulse grew hard and small

: my limbs began to tremble, prostrate and in intolerable anxiety

: then, pulsation in my head, redness of my cheeks

:  numbness and disagreeable sensation over every bone in the body

The paroxysm lasted 2-3 hours.

This was the first ‘proving’ – testing a medicine on a healthy person. 
The symptoms developed corresponded exactly to the symptoms of malaria. 

Thus, he concluded that malaria was cured by cinchona not because of its bitter taste but because cinchona produces the symptoms of malaria in a healthy person.

Hanemann enlisted the help of friends to embark an extensive programme of remedial testing. When he died at the age of 88, he had recorded 99 experimented substances. By the end of the century,more than 600 substances were added.

 The word Homeopathy comes from the Greek word,

1. THE LAW OF SIMILARS

Similia Similibus Curentur = like is cured by like

..A remedy can cure a disease if the remedy produces symptoms on a healthy person similar to the disease.

2. THE LAW OF POTENTISATION

Homeopathic medicines are prepared using the method of dilutions and succusions, whereby no molecules of the original substance remain..what remains is the potential energy of the substance.

A potentised remedy does not contain sufficient matter to act directly on human tissues... which means,homeopathic medicines are non-toxic and cannot cause side-effects.

3. THE LAW OF PROVING

All the remedies used were first tested and experimented on humans. Homeopaths do not use animals  as subjects for testing medicines. The provings are then compiled in reference book called the MATERIA  MEDICA.
